September 9th - Release Opens
The release is available to edit/customize, pick up, or ship out (assuming the weather is okay). We build each release to be compelling as-is, but absolutely welcome the opportunity to tailor it to your personal preferences.
September 23rd - Customization Window Closes (5:00 pm PT)
Reach out via email (orders@kionawine.com) or text/call us (509-588-6716). We added the texting functionality earlier this year, and it's been a huge hit. You'll be chatting with Sarah, Savannah, and/or Chandra in our office - no outsourcing. This is the last day for the Sangiovese add-on special.
September 24th - Charge Day
Unless we hear from you ahead of time, this is when we'll process your order, run the transaction, and seal up your hand-packed box.
October 1st - Default Ship Date
We can be flexible with alternative ship dates if it makes more sense for you. Temperature considerations are in effect - we won't ship your box if it's too hot/cold on the 1st where you live. Please let us know as soon as possible if you don't want us to ship your wine on the 1st.
Add-On Information

REMINDER: You may swap/change/add wines (on or before September 23rd, please). It's important to us that you not feel pressured by buy unwanted wines, so don't hesitate to make swaps and/or additions based on personal preferences. Follow this link for a comprehensive list of our current wines.
Members are welcome to add any other wines at a 15% savings (1-11 additional bottles) or 30% savings (12 or more additional bottles). It's a great time to stock up on your Red Mountain favorites.

Until September 23rd, you may upgrade this release by adding six bottles of 2021 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese (while supplies last) for an additional $130.
Shipping? There are six open spots in the box for add-ons if you'd like something other than Sangiovese. Members pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
Reds Only
Until September 23rd, you may upgrade this release by adding six bottles of 2021 Estate Bottled Red Mountain Sangiovese (while supplies last) for an additional $130.

Shipping? This release is 11 bottles, and boxes hold up to 12 bottles. Members pay just $10 per box for UPS Ground shipping, regardless of how many bottles are inside.
